Ozioma is a promising information technology (IT) administrator with strong competency in Oracle database applications. She is also a customer service expert committed to improving service delivery, value creation, and overall performance and profitability of teams/organizations. She has over seven years of work expertise in IT support, corporate service delivery, business coordination, process development, brand loyalty retention, and target actualization.
She recently extended her career experience in the application of IT and Data Science tools to health, physical and social science research. In line with this, she joined XLab Consultancy to acquire hands-on experience as a Research Associate. Ozioma holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Nigeria and is also a certified Oracle Database expert.
