Ozoemena teaches Public Sector Economics and Macroeconomics at Coal City University, Enugu, Nigeria. He has published widely on Public Economics, Environmental Economics, International Economics, and Poverty studies. He is an expert in Time Series and Panel Data Econometrics and is currently working on Fiscal Discipline in Africa. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Nigeria and also a Ph.D. candidate from the same institution. He is a Fellow, UNCTAD Virtual Institute. He is a Senior Research Executive with Xlab Consultancy.
Ozoemena is a dedicated development economist with a strong interest in public economics. He has been a data analyst and Economics tutor. His love for humanity coupled with the level of poverty in Less Developed Countries (LDCs) has endeared him to devote his life to proffering solutions to the alarming poverty rate, unemployment rate, inequality, and infrastructural deficit in Africa.
